David Chenery

David Chenery, best known for being 1/3 of local death rock band, "The Hex", and a member of local creep-rockers "The Purrverts", is also a purveyor of self-penned death ballads.

 

Chenery performs in a style akin to those who haunted the Appalachian mountains so long ago. Tales of serial killers who terrorized the old west, insanity, and talking from the perspective of death itself, Chenery's songs are like a musical version of The Haunt of Fear.
