Fen Racket

Fen Racket is the indie-folk-rock project of Ottawa’s Derek Atkinson. With frontman roots in the decade-young band Loon Choir, the solo project encompasses acoustic and piano ballads, instrumental cerebral post-rock, spoken word and a dose of stadium jams.

No stranger to punching up at the establishment, lyrics of Fen Racket span the topics from alienation and police violence to personal matters of grief, longing and joining the resistance by falling in love.
